Vincent Grimaldi
Managing Partner
Vincent grew up in Norway and the USA and holds two degrees in Political Science from George Washington University and an MBA from IE University in Madrid.
Before entering real estate, Vincent served as an officer in a Special Unit of the Navy. He has over 20 years of experience in property development and investment across the USA and Europe.
Vincent currently advises two international funds specializing in hotel acquisitions in the Mediterranean region. Fluent in eight languages.
Jorge Poggio Torán
Senior Legal Counsel
With more than three decades of legal practice on the Costa del Sol, Jorge specializes in real estate investment for foreign and domestic investors, formation and management of commercial companies (Holdings), tax advice for businesses and individuals, legal residency status and immigration, inheritance and probate procedures, and economic and tax litigation.
Professional Affiliations: Lawyer at the Malaga Bar Association (since 1989), Member of the College of Administrators of Malaga and Melilla, Licensed insurance broker (since 1991).
Diana Titova
Real Estate Consultant
Diana is a native of Russia's Far East. Her academic journey includes a degree in Design and Graphic Arts from the Far-East State Humanitarian University in Khabarovsk and advanced English and Business English courses at Unique New Zealand International Language School.
She later moved to Spain, studying law and working for Cobo & Velasquez Law Firm in Marbella. Diana is fluent in English, French, Spanish, and Russian. Outside of work, she is passionate about art and yoga teaching.
Stanislav Preslytskyi Balan
Commercial Real Estate Specialist
Stanislav emphasizes integrity and high work ethics. Coming from a construction business family, he holds a degree in engineering and financial investment and real estate qualifications.
He founded his own real estate company in 2015 and transitioned from luxury residential to commercial real estate in 2019, catering to high-net-worth clients.
Yuliya Preslytska Balan
Private Investment Specialist
Yuliya's passion for real estate stems from her family's background in property construction. Her qualifications include degrees in real estate, public speaking, and marketing, along with fluency in multiple languages.
Yuliya specializes in hotel and commercial asset acquisitions, serving private investors, family offices, and investment funds.
